A talented Design Director is required to join Black Rock Studios working on award-winning titles.

As Design Director you will be responsible for establishing the creative direction for the product and supervise the Design team, including both feature and level designers.

Your role will include:

*Planning the design, authoring and maintaining design documents

*Oversee creation of the design documents

*Establishing design milestones

*Mentor and provide career management for the design leads

Skills required:

*Solid design experience

*At least 1 AAA quality title under your belt

*Next-gen console experience

*Strong passion for games with knowledge of racing titles

*Strong leadership skills
