Position Description
We are seeking an Estimator with at least five years experience, in Anchorage, Alaska. Individuals must be capable of estimating major complex projects in excess of $20M from conceptual stage up to and including competitive bid pricing. Experience with large renovation projects and airport construction a plus.

Position Requirements
Individuals will be required to lead the preparation of complete estimates or proposals utilizing documents ranging from concept sketches to complete construction drawings and specifications. They will need to identify risk and opportunity while maintaining a win strategy.

Candidates will be highly competent in the technical skills of interpreting drawings and specifications, preparing detailed quantity take-offs and total estimate pricing, including general project requirements. They will also need to understand subcontractor trade scopes and have good communication skills. Good organizational skills and familiarity with computer software necessary.
