Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler for a jobsite located in Anchorage, Alaska. Duties include ensuring subcontractors maintain schedule and are within budgets. Direct contact with architects, owners and subcontractors required.

Primary responsibilities for this position include development of project schedules, 4D construction sequences, and schedule analysis.

Position Requirements
Must be proficient with Primavera Software (P3 and Suretrak), ideally from the General Contractor perspective that also includes field experience and working with cost and resource loaded schedules. Commercial construction experience in the $20 million to $300 million dollar range preferred. Candidates need to demonstrate a minimum of five years experience in a commercial setting and be able to work in a busy team environment, act independently with little supervision and be a self starter. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
