As our Senior Tax Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring tax compliance through completion of federal and state tax returns, including some international filings. You'll prepare complex tax returns and review returns completed by other tax analysts. You'll also handle book accounting for income taxes, including account reconciliations and year-end tax provision calculations; assist in the preparation of tax footnotes for Nike's financial statements; and assist with audits, conduct tax research and prepare technical memorandums. In addition, you'll work as part of a team to establish tax strategies to minimize Nike's overall tax rate and cash tax payments. To ensure that we continue to hire competent, ethical and trustworthy individuals, all candidates must successfully complete a thorough background investigation prior to receiving any offer of employment from Nike. Requirements for the position include:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
5 years' tax experience
3 years' experience with large corporations, including public accounting and/or corporate tax is preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with multi state and large corporate returns is preferred
International tax experience with Form 5471 is preferred
SAP and Corptax software experience is preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation is preferred
CPA is preferred
