This Senior Project Architect will develop construction documents for a variety of projects including Healthcare, Labs, Corporate/Commercial, Mixed-Use, Aviation, and Government.
This position requires a Project Manager for large-scale and small-scale projects, be involved in business development, managing contracts, clients and the Project Team. Individual must demonstrate experience in planning, directing and monitoring all aspects of large multi-discipline or medium sized projects with a high degree of technical complexity. Position requires involvement with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently. Project Managers must exhibit excellent client relationship values and is expected to be involved with marketing, contract development, design and production meetings.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Professional Registration, and at least 10 years of experience designing and coordinating institutional, healthcare and public sector projects. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, proficient in Microsoft office, and knowledgeable of AutoCad and Photoshop are required.
