you need a backend to do this project.The main part of this project is in the first form,as the user enters the dates in the "D/M/YYYY House/room Occupied " field and in the "D/M/YYYY House/room Vacating" the occupied dates has to be incremented in 6 until it reaches vacating d/m/yyyy, and has to be stored in the database.please add save button in the first form.When user enters all details in the first form and when he press save button,all the tenant details as well as his payement details has to be stored in the database.

calculating Payment dates
input:say user enters the value 01/02/2008 in the occupied field,and vacating date is 02/03/2009. when user press save button.system has to increment "occupied date" field by 6.

output:then the output will be stored in the backend as

01/02/2008,07/02/2008,13/02/2008,19/02/2008,25/02/2008 until....02/03/2009

Display all Tenants details by Payment Date:02/03/2008

it has to display all the tenant details that has been stored from the form1.system has to search all tenant details payment dates,the payment dates of 20 tenants could be 5000 fields(dates) or more..

Input:Print Individual Tenant Details: T001

Application has to display the individual tenant details including all his payment dates.

Input:Display all Old Tenants Details:
whenever the user delete a tenant details from the main database it has to be stored in a seperate database,when a display button is pressed it has to display all the deleted or old tenant details.

Input:Enter Premise ID

whenever the premise ID is given application has to display required information about the premises from the main database,for field that has to come in the output please see the attached form design.
