A.Responsible for fine editing of medical reports including hospitals and private practices: Discharge summaries, operative reports, ERs, consultations, H&Ps, letters, office notes, endoscopy reports, and cardiology tests.
B.Manage a team of ten (10) employees.
C.Provide daily feedback to transcriptionists.
D.Responsible for conduction of weekly meetings.
E.Lead medical transcription internship through State Community College.
F.Research missing dictation/files.
G.Monitor workflow.
H.Train new/existing employees.
I.Spot check IT problems.
J.Type stat reports.
K.Type overflow reports.
L.Responsible for hiring and firing employees.
