Job Description:

* Has strong Core Java(MULTI threading, data structures, class loading etc)/J2EE background
* Strong in Web Frameworks like Struts /JSF etc
* Strong in orm Frameworks like Hibernate, EJB .
* Strong in Frameworks like Spring.
* Has experience in test driven development using JUNIT
* Exposure to messaging, web services, XML
* Exposure to open source software like source forge etc..(Desirable)
* Exposure to WEB/APP SERVERS
* Has Delivered designs with Object Oriented Design and Industry Standard Design Patterns
* Has DESIGNED AND Developed n-tier Java solutions (using struts, hibernate, ajax, Webservices) with industry standard app server like Weblogic, JBOSS, Websphere etc.
* Has Good understanding of SQL Queries and Databases
* Has Good understanding of Development environment ( IDE, Build scripts (nant, maven)) AND Development Infrastructure Setups (Builds, Version Control)
* Has Good Understanding of Profilers
* Has Good Debugging and Problem Solving Skills
* Has good communication, MENTORING, Estimation and Planning Skills

Educational Qualification: BE / Btech / MCA

Experience: 8 to 10 Years
