Technical I.T. Recruiter

We’re growing and would like YOU to join our staffing team. Kalyx is currently seeking experienced I. T. Recruiters to join our team of recruitment professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for clients I.T. job requirements using our database, Internet advertising as well as headhunting and referrals.
• Identify and implement I.T recruiting strategies and methodologies relevant to current vacancies
• Facilitate the recruiting process including first interviews, scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates, skill assessments, reference checking and acting as a liaison with the sales team.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the market sector (Information Technology) particular to clients recruiting needs and insure competitiveness in recruiting and hiring.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education
• Must be computer literate (Windows XP, MS Office 2003, Outlook 2003, Internet Explorer) and possess strong organizational skills.
• Superior communication skills including both written and oral, as well as excellence in conducting personnel interviews and telephone recruiting.
• Excellence in relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment and can multi-task when needed.
• Industry experience is required.
