In this role, you'll provide customer education and troubleshooting on Comcast high speed internet and Comcast digital phone including; e-mail, operating systems, and connectivity. As part of your work you will remain current on internal processes, procedures, and training used for managing customer technical issues, billing issues, adjustments, and up-selling on Comcast products and services. You will need to utilize online tools for analyzing customer issues, provide communication on information not accurately tracking in internal databases and ensure internal systems and customer accounts are maintained and updated. You’ll need to be proficient in the use of software installed by Comcast technicians and perform other duties as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of one year customer service experience. Must have the ability to troubleshoot software issues, and experience with Internet browsers. Proven customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate are also required. Demonstrated ability to multi-task between simultaneous computer applications.

Requires the ability to organize time and activities efficiently; ability to work independently to resolve customer concerns and or issues. Troubleshooting skills and experience with PC's and/or data lines required. Experience with the following applications preferred: 9x, 2k, XP, Vista & MAC OS 9/X a plus
Typing skills of at least 30 words per minute. Ability to work overtime, as needed. Comcast is an EEO/AA/ Drug Free Workplace
