2. Manage and maintain media plans, market flowcharts, planning costs, and goals
3. Collaborate in negotiating the best rates and value

Successful candidates will posses:
1. Three (3) or more years media planning or buying experience
2. High energy as conveyed through excellent written and verbal communication, and community involvement
3. Organizational skills should include: budgeting, project management, professional conduct, team contribution, and ability to drive multiple products under tight deadlines
4. Must have diplomacy skills and be detail oriented
