JOB DESCRIPTION AND CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills Mandatory:
• Core Java and XML
• Unix
• Design Skills (OOAD)

Domain Expertise:
• Should be strong at NMS or EMS or OSS
• TMN, TMC, FCAPS, SNMP, TL1

Technical/Domain Preferred:
• Distributed system architecture, Element/Network Management
