Prudential Financial is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Project Manager for its Group Insurance operation in our Ft.Washington, PA location. The person will lead a team of 6-8 direct reports and be responsible for the Quality/Call Coaching Program and our Customer Complaint Resolution Process. Indirectly, this individual will play a key in role in assisting our Life and LTC support teams in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. Lastly, this person will lead project teams focusing on QR initiatives and objectives.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
·Oversight and accountability for Call Coaching Quality Program and Customer Complaint Resolution Process
·Work closely with operational leadership team, business partners, and staff to ensure organizational initiatives are successful
·Facilitate and manage compliance audits and risk assessments
·Analyze departmental statistics to identify potential problems, measure success, and prepare management and client reports ·Conduct regular meetings to communicate individual goals and team objectives
·Manage the implementation of technical and process improvement strategies to maximize performance and increase efficiencies
·Promote organizational values and culture as a foundation for sound business practices and decisions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
·Thorough knowledge of Prudential Financial’s Group Insurance products and services
·Exceptional leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal competencies
·Proven ability to manage in a fast-paced, quickly changing, and results oriented environment
·Previous experience with developing and working with quality and customer resolution programs
·Experience leading projects associated with Voice of the Customer initiatives
