Seeking a SharePoint Solution Architect who has extensive experience architecting and implementing SharePoint 2007 (MOSS) solutions. The Solution Architect is tasked with consulting with various internal organizations and conceiving the right technical solutions and driving them to completion. The Solution Architect will also act as an evangelist SharePoint platform, establishing and training on best practices and potential usage.

Qualifications:
** 3+ years hands-on consulting and/or development experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies, specifically enterprise architecture, governance, and customization.
** Working effectively under very broad direction with minimal supervision.
** Self-motivated with highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
** Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
** Knowledge of Web development technologies and a good understanding of technical disciplines, specifically Microsoft .NET frame work and MS SQL Server.
** Outstanding project management skills, with ability to multi task and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional environment.
** Excellent organizational, coordination, interpersonal and team building skills.
** Excellent communication skills, specifically written communication and experience working with C-level executives.
** Broad knowledge of major technologies needed to manage and implement infrastructure products
** General knowledge of Windows operating system, Microsoft Active Directory, and IIS 6.0.

Desired SharePoint Technical Experience:
** Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated SharePoint Portal and Windows SharePoint Services experience, including experience with MOSS 2007 site and architecture design
** Understanding/experience with key MOSS 2007 features such as:
** Custom site definitions
** Creation and deployment of SharePoint features and solutions
** Deployment of custom and 3rd party Web Parts
** Experience implementing process driven workflows via MOSS Workflow Foundation and InfoPath forms services
** Applicable understanding of document retention features inherent in MOSS
** Visual design updates using SharePoint Designer
** Deployment of Enterprise Search, including creating custom search scope and indexing external content
** Security configuration, including the integration of LDAP groups, and use of SharePoint groups and audiences
