Responsibilities:

Document application specifications and train users
Recommend application changes and enhancements
Analyze business problems and assess how MOSS can be implemented to solve them
Formulate and definine the objectives and scope of MOSS
Provide technical expertise and mentorship for MOSS
Provide the creative vision and implementation of MOSS
Install, customize, update and maintain customers' internal and external MOSS sites
Design and form sites, pages, and Web parts

Capabilities:

Minimum 4 years experience, including the following knowledge and skills:
Lists and views; records management; document management
Experience creating custom lists and content types
Understanding of configuration options in the UI, in Designer, and what is only possible through .NET
Experience using Designer to customize SharePoint pages, including making data views
Content Strategy - content design, editorial strategy, content migration, and search log analysis
IA\UX\Taxonomy - site structure, usability, user research
Branding - interaction design, visual design
Overall testing to include usability testing
HTML knowledge
Experience with CAML, XAL, XSLT
Experience with CSS
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications: InfoPath, SharePoint Designer
Experience with SQL, MOSS, IIS

BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
