Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Marketing Analyst position.

The position description is as follows:

Support the marketing analysis needs of the Marketing Department and the Leadership Team of the gaming property.
Analyze current guest database to establish defined market segments.
Evaluate marketing program potential based on previous program results and makes recommendations based on solid analytical principles.
Generate monthly reports and summaries of guest activity.
Prepare lists according to established program criteria.
Conduct market research & identifies market trends.
Evaluate financial results and marketing programs to determine profitability.
Candidate must possess strong initiative and motivation to succeed.
Candidate must be confident in making recommendations to senior leadership.
Interact directly with senior management team and departmental leaders.
Perform other analytical functions as assigned.

Requirements:

GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field required. MBA a plus.
2 to 5 years experience in marketing analysis; Casino experience preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills required.
Strong sense of urgency, ability to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
Extensive Microsoft-Based PC skills required, including Excel and Access.
