REQUIRED : MANGER / SR. MANAGER - INTERNATIONAL / DOMESTIC CONTRACTS & COMMERCIAL FOR MAJOR EPC COMPANY ( Job Ref. JXGPF/25 )

COMPANY : Multibillion $ EPC Company active in Heavy Industrial Projects such as Cement Plants etc

PROFILE : Full Time MBAs(International Business Preferred ) with 12-15 years progressively growing experience in v.large Heavy Industry / EPC Companies operating in International Environs

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to Day correspondence with customers for orders ,scheduling ,quality issues,Etc
- Analyzing Commercial matters relating to various projects.
- Client interaction for post-bidding stage including price negotiation under the guidance of group head.
- Drafting contract agreement.
- Attending post-tender commercial queries.
- Handing over relevant documents after contract signing to project & engineering deptts. For execution of project.
- Imports/exports, sundry debtors, accounting including liaison with the parties for payment follow-up
- Responsible for attending to tender inquiries and generating cost estimates towards meeting the defined target and to submit commercial proposals
- Commercial discussion & Negotiations with suppliers.
- To carryout responsibilities as MR for ISO activities.
- Currency hedging for overseas projects
- Matters relating to import and exports.
- Opening & amendments in L/C.
- Foreign remittances & recovery monitoring
- Insurance for projects
- Maintenance & Control of cost w.r.t. Projects.
- Preparation of standard formats for P.O. on back to back terms
- Constantly interfacing with Directorate General of Foreign Trade and Joint Directorate General of Foreign Trade for availing licenses and other EXIM benefits i.e. DEPB, DFRC, Drawback & Refund of Terminal Excise Duty.
- Handling Export tender Business Costing and cost cutting measures to secure the International Business with maximum profit margin.
- Legal and commercial matters relating to various projects
- Preparations of monthly Project Summary Report for KHD Risk Management Deptt.
- Make decision for import clearance under various benefits i.e. Advance Lic. DFRC, DEPB, EPCG Scheme.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Well versed with latest developments in Export and Import Policy, Customs & Excise Tariff, RBI Guidelines, FEMA Act.
- Knowledge of Cement / iron/ chemicals industry
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and Leadership skills

SALARY : Not a constraint, negotiable per experience and skills
