Manager looking for someone who used to be a programmer and is now a project leader

This position will be part of the systems development procurement team based in Rockford, IL. The position will primarily be as a business consultant, offering systems solutions to support a global supply chain customer base. Knowledge of supply chain manufacturing, planning & inventory (Demand to Available) as well as a general materials background is required. The business analyst will be required to work both independently as well as part of a larger team depending upon the scope of the project. This position will contribute to deliverables across all aspects of the implementation life cycle.

Experience/Qualifications • 5-7+ years of JDE One World XE/One World 812 manufacturing experience, with demonstrated success throughout full implementation cycle;
Set-up, configuration and end-user training experience.
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration, and ability to excel in dynamic environment;
Business Process Reengineering/Gap Analysis/Spec Writing abilities
Capability to work in outsourced environment, i.e. vendor management;
Processes surrounding Demand to Available business flow;
7-10 years of industry/IT, with Aerospace/Industrial Industry experience beneficial;
Web Technologies experience useful but not required.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
3-4 years JDE experience
programming in OneWorld (any version)
