We need a highly skilled and innovative Asset Manager (Drilling) to join our team of professionals focused on monitoring and overseeing the latest drilling techniques in some of the most challenging areas of the Central United States and deep drilling in the shelf areas of the Gulf of Mexico.

The successful candidate will work with several senior multi-discipline teams to develop and apply the latest drilling and completion techniques in support of evaluating pilot drilling programs and supporting the resulting development opportunities. These projects are designed to leverage technology to create step-change improvements in recovery efficiency, well productivity, and development cost per unit of production. Key target areas for involvement are projects located in resource plays including tight gas sands, fractured shales, and naturally fractured clastic reservoirs along with deep wells and undrilled faultblocks in the Gulf of Mexico which can benefit from application of advanced drilling and completion technology.

Candidates must have at least an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience as a Drilling Manager and Drilling Engineer including experience in onshore and offshore drilling projects.
