B-Line Medical (http://www.blinemedical.com), a successful product development company is seeking a passionate Project Manager to manage the planning, budgeting and implementation of multiple large scales integrated IT projects. The Project Manager is directly responsible for vendor management, client relationship, project team and project deliverables.

B-Line Medical produces market leading products for the medical simulation and education markets. Our SimCapture device manages users and simulation scenarios, records and live-streams video and XGA inputs, and provides features for enhanced annotation and debriefing. SimBridge adds higher level management modules including data synchronization, scheduling, reporting, statistical analysis, and large-scale clinical skills exam management. These products incorporate a variety of software technologies as well as integration with external hardware including medical simulators and devices, PTZ cameras, audio and video routers.

Duties and Functions:

* Creating, overseeing and managing successful project implementation plans for B-Line Medical and 3rd Party Vendors.
* Maintaining 100% client satisfaction throughout the projects.
* Conducting site surveys with Engineer to refine project scope and requirements.
* Providing status reports and timely documentation of activities and expenses.
* Scheduling of internal and external resources according to project plan.
* Working directly with sales staff in reviewing project scope and feasibility before contract signing.

Ideal candidate:
- Will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Will have a minimum of an undergraduate degree with previous experience working in software development or IT environment. (MIS degree a plus)
- Enjoys travel (up to 50%)
- Is detail oriented.
- Possesses the ability to manage multiple projects / clients simultaneously.
- Provides excellent leadership, team building and supervisory skills.
- Has technical aptitude.
