As the Nursing Supervisor, you will provide leadership and supervision to off-shift nursing department personnel. You will serve the Infirmary as the clinical resource person on patient care and services, youll act as Patient Care Representative and collaborate with Medical Staff and ancillary support and clinical services in order to ensure optimal patient care services and environmental conditions at all times.
