As our Lead Production Support Business Systems Analyst, you'll work as a part of our Global Business Intelligence (GBI) organization supporting our Data Warehouse solutions for Nike Supply Chain business processes. You'll work with our Order Management and Delivery business partners to communicate and resolve production issues. You'll partner with the BI production support Application Engineers to research and design solutions for issues. You'll plan testing, develop reports and help train the Global Business users. In addition, you'll lead a team of 2 Production Support Business Systems Analysts, gain exposure to Nike's global Supply Chain business, get trained on new technology and advance your current knowledge.

Requirements for the position include:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science (or equivalent with focus on databases and data modeling) or a related field

- 2+ years' IT Operations experience with issue resolution and problem management - Production Support

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a lead role

- Complete understanding of the Supply Chain process with proven experience in this business area from within IT or the business

- 2+ years' experience in BW architecture and BEx reporting

- 3 years' technical, business or related experience in Oracle and Hyperion Brio reporting

- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of IT and business counterparts at all levels

- Experience with the complexities of cross-functional issue identification, prioritization and resolution

- Experience participating in multiple, complex projects and working with diverse teams in multiple locations

- Ability to gather and understand business requirements and translate into IT solutions

- Knowledge of SAP R/3 modules and extractors is preferred

- Familiarity with SAP metadata and standard business content is preferred
