Specific activities relate to leading a direct or virtual team gathering and documenting as-is processes as well as driving for agreement on globally consistent to-be processes. Additional duties include organizing testing, training, data stewardship and other business readiness activities, as well as providing for post implementation support. An understanding of project management methods as well as prior project / management experience will be required. Principle Duties: The Services and Consumer Systems Interlock Manager will be responsible for the following: · Management of project budgeting and staffing · Drive strict project governance processes including development of business cases used to support a projects, general documentation and communication with business owners to ensure expectations are met · Organize and lead direct and virtual teams. Lead teams to document requirements, process flows, system flows, etc. for assigned projects. Ensure team is staffed appropriately in critical areas to meet deadlines Work within a team setting to coordinate project tasks between IT and Finance with regards to timing, deliverables, etc Qualifications Internal candidates should have knowledge of Dells business model and internal organization. External candidates should have direct large scale project management experience. Direct Oracle implementation experience a plus. CPA desirable  finance/accounting knowledge a must.
