Headway Corporate Resources seeking Business Systems Manager HR Systems for Fortune 500 company located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana!

Education Level Required: Bachelors Degree

Minimum Years Experience: 4-10

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Business Systems Analysts.

• Provide support and project management for JD Edwards and other Human Resource related enterprise business systems.

• Communicate with internal users of applications to address and solve user´s business and system needs.

• Manage functional testing of applications to ensure integrity and security.

• Manage the design and development of Human Resource reporting systems.

Qualifications:

Must have skills:

Must have complete knowledge of Human Resource software, knowledge from a business perspective and from an end user´s perspective. Working knowledge of the business units or processes support by HR applications. In-depth understanding of how application software has been set-up and integrated to support business needs and infrastructure. Complete understanding of data use, processes, and output. Database knowledge is a must in a major ERP software package. A college degree in an appropriate field of study is required as well as at least 5 years experiences as a Business Analyst or appropriate position and at least 2-3 years of management experience.

Must also have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SQL Reporting, and HR applications experience.



Nice to have skills:

JD Edwards/IBM AS400, Workstream (applicant tracking) software use. Learning Management software as well as Project Management skills are also preferred. Documentum (Imaging) knowledge, Benefits Administration, Performance and Talent Management are also a plus. Experience working with a large corporation is preferred. Professional IT consulting experience and payroll systems experience is a plus.

Fast paced office environment, with heavy interaction with others. Demanding workload that may necessitate some overtime.
