*Coordination of all travel and hotel arrangements.
*Preparing, drafting and executing reports, spreadsheets(calculations, charts, tables, graphs) using Excel
*Preparing correspondence and project updates.
*Communicating with various levels of management, customers, vendors, and internal staff.
*Creating regular reports to include travel & expense and quota tracking.
*Assist the Vice President in the gathering, dissemination and tracking of projects.
·Five (5) or more years of experience in a Sales support role.
·Must be organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
·Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with senior level clients and senior management staff.
·A high level of sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential information required.
·A college degree (or its equivalent).
·Strong Excel and MS Word skills are required.
·Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical field is a plus.
