Experienced Human Resource leader being sought to direct the payroll and benefits administration of a billion dollar financial institution. In this role, you will oversee the entire payroll function for the accounting and finance group as well as handle the corporate benefits program including designing and implementing plans and overseeing the organizations disability related programs. You will also be responsible for SOX compliance as it relates to benefits and payroll while managing a staff of up to 9 direct and indirect reports.

This is a senior manager level position requiring specific expertise in payroll management and benefits administration. The ability to design a plan and then execute it will be critical as will the ability to communicate as effectively with the CFO as with a payroll processor.

Previous accounting/finance experience will be helpful as will familiarity with ADP Enterprise.

Position will pay to $140,000 plus full benefits including medical/dental, retirement, vision, paid time off, and bonus opportunities.
