Integrated Planning IT is comprised of two teams: Planning and Execution. The Planning team encompasses the Demand Planning and the Supply Planning/Inventory Planning capability groups. The Execution team includes Inventory Management and Manufacturing. We are currently seeking to fill an open position in the Supply Planning/ Inventory Planning capability group for a Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst.

As our Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst within the Planning IT team, you'll be responsible for providing support to the global Supply Planning and Inventory Planning business community. You'll gather and analyze business requirements, identify solution alternatives, test the options, train the users, and support successful implementations. To insure effective results, you'll work closely with both business and IT resources. You'll use your strong communication and organizational skills to analyze and coordinate the resolution of application issues affecting the business. In addition, you'll work within a global team of both business and technically focused support staff and play an important role in the success of the global planning businesses.

Requirements for the position include:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2 years' additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree

- 5 years' business or IT experience

- 2 years' experience in Planning business processes, practices, or application systems is preferred

- Experience with the complexities of cross-functional issue identification, prioritization, and resolution

- Results oriented

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentations

- Strong influencing skills and ability to interact effectively with a broad range of IT and business counterparts

- Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) Purchasing and SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Supply Network Planning is desired
