Position Description This Test and Evaluation position will support the Patriot Advanced Capability (PAC-3) production program in Huntsville, AL. The PAC 3 seeker is a Radar Ka band seeker that is built and tested in the Huntsville facility. The PAC-3 program is a high rate, LEAN oriented program with aggressive process improvement goals and a stellar performance history. It is desired for the candidate to have an RF back ground and be familiar with RF test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum and signal analyzers. This position requires familiarity with troubleshooting equipment and procedures in a production environment supported by many component suppliers and engineering teams. Must be capable of working with and providing direction to staff technicians to troubleshoot test equipment and production hardware. Will be expected to create new and maintain existing test software for the testing subsystem and seeker level production hardware. Must have the ability to recognize issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions. Expected to maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.
