Provides technical support for customers and sales staff on applications, product performance, testing, product failures and troubleshooting * Evaluates returned materials and other non-conforming products * Reviews/creates technical documents detailing company requirements for products from suppliers * Works with support and sales teams to identify recurring product issues and/or field deployment problems and solutions for addressing issues * Manages resources to maximize efficiency across multiple tasks and/or projects * Other responsibilities include: design optimization, design for manufacturability, preparing cost estimates, establishing design drawing and document control, participating in product selection and performing standard engineering calculations (stress, process flow, product and piping system sizing). Duties require development of standards that establish design tolerances, stress limits of materials and other elements of product design Skills * BS degree in engineering, preferably mechanical * 5 years relevant experience managing engineers in related field * Working knowledge of fluid flow, heat transfer and stress analysis.For more information please visit us at www.EngineeringCrossing
