As our Production Support Lead for Category Product Creation IT, you'll work as a part of our production support team to provide world-class information management solutions for Nike's Footwear, Apparel, and Equipment divisions. You'll be responsible for the production support of our Equipment and Apparel application systems. You'll collaborate with our business partners to address issues with application and deliver system patches or upgrades as per CPCIT strategic model. You'll also work with the Business and IT partners to ensure that production support activities are executing consistent with the established System Development Lifecycle processes and procedures. You'll actively manage the prioritization of defects and the deployment of updated system features to the production system environments. You'll work with the business and IT teams to provide input on resource requirements to effectively deliver on Production Support commitments. Furthermore, you'll monitor, analyze defects and report on the health of our applications and suggest improvements. You'll interact with the end users to understand and resolve their concerns. You'll communicate and work with Nike global support teams or FUEL partners for successful production support. You'll also work with the Business and IT project teams to transition projects into the production support environment. In addition, you'll oversee all products for Category PCIT Equipment and Apparel, which includes resolving issues, managing risk and efficiently utilizing shared services resources, along with ensuring that the manifests and update efforts are within scope, schedule and cost.

Requirements for the position include:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field

- 5 years' experience in business or IT

- 2 years' additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree

- 1 years' experience in a leadership/mentoring role

- Project-related experience (scope, schedule and cost)

- Broad understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies, processes and procedures

- Experience with reporting on Key Performance Indicators and defect analysis

- Experience with production support activities and end user communication

- Familiarity with global, enterprise-wide, integrated systems and their interdependencies and complexities

- Superior written and verbal communication skills

- 2 years' experience in the coordination of resources across multiple projects is preferred

- 2 years' experience with vendor management in the software development environment

- Familiarity with the footwear, apparel and equipment industry (creation, development, and sourcing of footwear, apparel and equipment products) is highly preferred
