Supervisory Duties: This position serves as an Immediate Supervisor responsible for the management and operations of the Maintenance Division, Maintenance Management Branch. in this capacity, the supervisor is responsible for providing a work environment that Is free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. The supervisor is responsible for addressing subordinate concerns, whether perceived or real, and following up with appropriate action to correct or eliminate tension in the workplace. The position supports the agency\'s EEO program. The Incumbent: assigns work to subordinate employees based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. Provides technical oversight to employees. Develops performance plans and rates employee. Takes disciplinary measures, such as warnings and reprimand and identifies developmental and training needs of employees and provides and/or arranges for needed development and training.
