Prepare, maintain and analyze management data, records, and reports. Resolve program planning and scheduling issues with all levels of internal management and customer representatives. Inform and advise management on courses of action. Direct, develop and manage the implementation of new or existing business policies and procedures. Complete and review project costs and commitments, variance reporting, provide analysis of costs, revenue accrual data, and EAC information to senior management on a monthly basis. Provide quarterly EAC/revenue analysis to the Sr Business Analyst Manager for review. Experience in Microsoft Access or EVMS desired. Provide full range of program/project financial management functions in support of the SES Business Unit Manager. Pricing background desired with experience in: Developing competitive pricing strategies utilizing various methodologies in support of RFP solicitation Work with Proposal Managers and Program Managers to obtain pricing & cost data for proposal efforts and provide decision support analysis on bids. Coordinate with proposal managers/technical staff to ensure required cost data is thorough, accurate and submitted on schedule Produce compliant cost/price proposals, including cost models/templates, formats and pricing rationale in accordance with solicitation instructions, corporate policies and CAS/FAR Conduct analysis regarding Labor, Material, Equipment, Subcontracts and other Direct Cost requirements Conduct Final Cost Review with senior management prior to submission of proposals Perform tasks independently through interaction and consultation with technical managers, program managers, functional mangers, senior management staff and directors.
