As our Intermediate Business Systems Analyst for Global People Systems, you'll help deliver IT business solutions that fuel growth, strengthen the brand and deliver value. You'll develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with business teams in Corporate Services and Legal to deliver software solutions that Nike Inc. depends on each day. You'll work with software vendors to review business processes, define requirements and resolve technical issues, while protecting Nike software investments. You'll also have opportunities to manage small projects, using shared Nike and/or external resources to build, enhance and increase the value of existing systems. You'll be responsible for delivering solutions quickly, using fast-paced, iterative SDLC and project management methodologies such as Agile, Adaptive, or Spiral. In addition, this opportunity involves influencing and communicating our process for systems development and production support with business partners at a strategic level.

Requirements for this position include:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
- 2 years' experience in lieu of a degree
- 2 years' experience in IT, Business or a related field
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role, serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical business groups
- Effective verbal and written communication, documentation and facilitation skills
- Strong understanding of project management
- Experience with various SDLC and project management methodologies is preferred
- Experience partnering with third party vendors is a plus
- Experience working with Java-based HTML applications is a plus
