This individual will work with a variety of HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, payroll and compensation to report metrics and analyze data. This position requires the ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have experience in situations requiring flexibility and should be motivated and able to operate independently with limited direction and supervision.
• Work with HR Team to develop ad hoc and recurring reports to support and measure the business. • Run recurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports to create HR metrics and provide metrics and recommendations to key business partners. • Assist HR team with compiling departmental performance metrics, creating feedback tools and analyzing results and trends. • Assist with workforce planning forecasting and other efforts as needed. • Support and assist in analysis that will uncover trends, success factors and problem areas to drive decisions on key human resources and recruitment initiatives, including employee satisfaction, retention analysis, sourcing effectiveness, etc. • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
Required Skills: • 2 - 3 years of analyst experience, preferably in a human resources, compensation, payroll or recruiting environment. • Bachelors degree in human resources, organization design, industrial psychology, computer science or related field required. • Experience with applicant tracking systems, human resources systems or IT reporting. • Proficient in MS Office – Excel required, Access preferred. • Demonstrated experience with SAP highly preferred. Applicant tracking systems and/or Brassring is preferred. • Experience running reports, analyzing data and making recommendations. • Demonstrated collaboration and partnership skills - ability to work cross-functionally with different groups and to work in rapidly changing and evolving environments. • Willingness to take direction from a number of individuals within the Human Resources Team. • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. • Strong organizational skills.Comcast is an EEO/AA/ Drug Free Workplace
