Responsibilities:

Leads small, intermediate and large size projects.
Develops custom applications and modifies existing applications to meet distinct and changing business requirements.
Handles the systems development life cycle on large size development and enhancement projects.
Assists with project planning, project definition, requirements definition, analysis, design, testing, system documentation and user training.
Handles coding, debugging and documentation.
Supports the QA group in developing test plans and test scripts.
Supports post-implementation and on-going production support as an on-call programmer.

Minimum Requirements:

5-7 years of development experience.
Expert level C# and ASP.NET programming skills.
Strong SQL Server development.
Strong ADO.Net SQL development.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Strong User Interface and Design experience.
Strong HTML / JavaScript experience.
IIS configuration and troubleshooting experience.
A commitment to producing top quality, well designed and flexible custom applications.
Very strong programming ability, with great attention to detail and design.
Demonstrated ability to design and assist in the timely delivery of high-quality software.
Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills.
Strong Leadership skills and the ability to lead project teams.
A forward thinker with good business sense.
Dedication to a collaborative working style and the ability to work well in teams.
Willingness to participate in after-hour and on-call support.
A desire to learn and use new technologies.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience as Senior Software Engineer in a Web Applications / Application Programmer capacity using the .NET framework.
Experience with Classic ASP, VB 6, and COM + applications.
Strong OOP & Design background.
Experience with Biztalk and other Messaging architectures.
Bachelor's degree.
