* Ability to communicate with both internal and external clients.
* Ability to provide and present technology and architecture recommendations
* Ability to work in collaborative environments
* Excellent time management, job scoping, and estimating skills
* Experience with version control and release management
* Ability to build master pages and cascading style sheets.
* Experienced with manipulating form elements, UI controls, and style sheets
