CTA Communications , a division of HSMM, provides a full range of communications engineering consulting services. CTA Communications offers an extensive background working with both public and private sector clients, including municipalities, state governments, public utilities, corporations, and industries. Members of the CTA Communications’ staff have designed communications systems for more than 30 years, including two-way radio systems, data communications systems, microwave and fiber systems, telephone and E9-1-1 systems.

CTA Communications is searching for aPublic Safety Consultant in Lynchburg, VA to perform:

Provide expertise in user requirements analysis, procedures and workflow analysis, and development of training curriculum.
Co-leader on project
Interfacing with client to determine their needs to match with current technoloy.



Job Requirements :

B.S. Degree
Must be computer literate – able to operate a PC using spreadsheets and word processing.
Must possess communication skills – ability to write effectively and interface with clients on the telephone or in person.
Must also possess public speaking capability.
Must have a solid understanding of engineering economics.
