Our Trainer facilitates learning curricula and programs for employees and/or supervisors/managers which support business objectives and enhance performance. Develop/deliver training for new hire, sales, product, customer service, billing, collections, repair, retention , service centers, advanced services, new product, orientation, advanced skills training, professional/leadership development etc. Provide feedback to supervisors of employee performance during training. Conduct training analysis, evaluate course materials and make adjustments as needed. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Required Skills: Bachelors degree required. Prior call center experience preferred, 3 years Cable Industry experience preferred, 3 years training experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to speak in front of large groups. Excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects and meet timeliness. Strong computer literacy - MS Office/Instructional design skills.
High degree of flexibility, tolerance for change and maintains professionalism in and out of the classroom. Ability to function as a member of a training team. Requires standing up to 8 hours a day in training. Ability to travel as needed.
