HSMM is searching for aProject Manager to:

Be accountable to the Regional Office Manager and for the success of the individual projects assigned and for contributing to the accomplishment of HSMM goals and objectives.
Represent HSMM at marketing opportunities with the goal of developing new business.
Assist in the preparation of qualification packages.
Participate in client interviews.
In collabortation with the production Department Heads, prepare and negotiate project scope, schedule and fees.
Lead the project team in a collaborative effort to complete design documents and respond to issues during construction.
Schedule kick-off and progress meetings to strategize project approach, and get client and design team commitment.
Ensure design documents meet client requirements and HSMM quality standards.
Act as client representative to the project team and as project team representative to client, clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Prepare and maintain production control documents and client invoices throughtout the life of the project.
Demonstrate experience and positive results in the management of multi-discipline design teams, including profitable financial results and positive client relationships.
Possess a thorough understanding of accounting and business practices for the architectural/engineering industry.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accredited architecture or engineering program.
Broad experience of at least 10 years in an architectural/engineering or associated environment.
Experience in the production of design and construction deliverables.
Experience with presentations and preparation of business development materials.
Registration in either architecture or engineering.
High capabilities in communications skills, both verbal and written.
Travel as required to meet training and project requirements.
Experience using Outlook and Microsoft Office (or similar software).
Graduate course work in Engineering Management or Business Administration.
