Minimum Education: None Jobcode: 63737610 Email this job to yourself or to a friend Click Here to Apply Online PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION: Technical Senior IT Director with responsibility for technology across Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Service and Engineering. Project leader for an ERP Implementation focused on design, development and resource management to support the company's growth objectives. Demonstrated experience in having successfully led an ERP Implementation, preferably having utilized Oracle/and/or other appropriate databases with the correspondent RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions) including: data migrations strategies, along with infrastructure responsibilities. Knowledge and ability to motivate cross-functional teams on Oracle/and/or other appropriate databases manufacturing and financial modules (i.e., Advanced Planning & Scheduling, Engineering, Work-in-Progress, Quality and Maintenance). Demonstrated experience in Data Warehousing, ETL and Business Intelligence utilizing Cognos BI Toolset. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Develop and execute the strategic and tactical operational plans for the company centered on a project methodology, which will facilitate delivering projects on time, on budget and on scope. · Develop a multi-year strategic plan (facilities, capital equipment and labor). · Provide leadership (goal setting, resource allocation, etc.) to achieve production plans with a focus on improving IT service levels, system reliability, and the development of an IT strategy driven by business needs/plans and market demand. · Must meet Cost, Quality and Performance Objectives. · Select and plan the implementation process for a new ERP system. REQUIREMENTS: · BS Degree in Business Management/Technology; MBA and/or other advanced degree preferred. · 15+ years of applications systems experience to include: - Enterprise Resource Planning systems implementation, management and support with expertise in all phases of the system implementation lifecycle (Enterprise Project Management, Human Resources, Time and Attendance - Kronos) · Extensive Information Technology Group management (10+) years; experience with managing multiple locations (including international). · Experience in managing 3 rd party IT vendor relationships, including hardware, software and services that impact the organization. ATTRIBUTES: · Strong communications, interpersonal and people management skills. · Strong analytical and project management skills ? with demonstrated experience in project management. · High energy, flexibility and patience. SPECIAL SKILLS: · Knowledge of/experience in managing systems analysis, network administration (LAN and WAN), hardware/ software, operations, telecommunications, and major system upgrades. · Skilled in addressing and initiating systems techniques, procedures and practices pertaining to IT solutions to not only support the company's planned growth, but also to ensure security and recovery capabilities to avoid and/or recover from potentially disastrous events. · Thorough understanding of and hands-on experience with software best practices, tools and techniques. · Outstanding track record with project plan delivery and execution, identifying and mitigating risks associated with work plans, schedules and estimates. Motivated to track progress and apply corrective actions when/where necessary. · Knowledge of process manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations, and budgeting with a background in forecasting and managing an annual IT budgeting process in a rapidly-growing, technology-based company. · Background in process manufacturing a plus. · Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance.
