Lead project quality assurance activities, including performing technical QA reviews on components for a team and performing QA reviews of code documentation; validate requirements, limited prototyping, and functionality design; create proposals that address current and evolving client requirements; provide issue resolution; lead code reviews, testing process and certification of software; facilitate client and internal meetings, present application architecture and design solutions; supervise staff on project engagements; prepare, maintain and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures; keep Project Managers informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly; complete end of project reports; provide knowledge transfer throughout and at completion of assigned projects; evaluate customers’ strategic business issues, identify requirements, create business case justifications and propose appropriate enterprise solutions.

Required Degree: Master of Science in Computer Science

Required Experience: 48 months in job offered or as Programmer Analyst

NOTE: In lieu of a Masters in Computer Science plus 48 months work experience, the Employer will also consider candidates with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science plus 72 months work experience.
