This position is responsible for planning, designing and managing the daily and long-term operations for the Outcomes and Process Improvement departments. This includes providing leadership, personnel management, regulatory and quality compliance as well as direction for projects and process improvements to effectuate patient safety throughout the organization.This position is also responsible for managing the analysis and reporting of clinical data and outcomes to ensure all programs are in compliance with appropriate agencies. Coordinates the activities of staff and vendors to ensure compliance with protocols and overall objectives. This position is responsible for administering the department activities in support of the organizations strategic plan and implementing processes and procedures that support the strategic initiatives. Responsible for effectively interfacing, communicating and collaborating with other organizational units and outside agencies and/or vendors to ensure performance improvement in clinical effectiveness. This position works closely with the research department to assist it in meeting its needs in relation to data objectives.

Compensation: Highly Competitive

Experience: Bachelors Degree in related field. Requires a minimum of five years of related experience including five years in a management capacity. Requires advanced analysis and modeling skills and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data. Requires knowledge of database management software and hospital financial and clinical systems, advanced experience preferred. Clinical Licensure, ie, RN, RCP, or RP required.
