This includes providing leadership, personnel management, regulatory and quality compliance as well as direction for projects and process improvements to effectuate patient safety throughout the organization.This position is also responsible for managing the analysis and reporting of clinical data and outcomes to ensure all programs are in compliance with appropriate agencies. Coordinates the activities of staff and vendors to ensure compliance with protocols and overall objectives. This position is responsible for administering the department activities in support of the organizations strategic plan and implementing processes and procedures that support the strategic initiatives. Responsible for effectively interfacing, communicating and collaborating with other organizational units and outside agencies and/or vendors to ensure performance improvement in clinical effectiveness.
