InterWest Search, Inc., has been chosen to assist a 100+ bed hospital in Houston, TX in its search for a Director of Pharmacy. The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for the management and operation of the hospital's Pharmacy Services Department, overseeing all medication storage and preparation in the health system or organization, ensuring that the pharmacy provides optimal services, maintaining adequate staffing level, and complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes, and standards of the organization. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. Operates 20/hrs/day. Reports to the COO.

Compensation: $120,000 to $130,000

Experience: Requirements

Bachelor of Science required, PharmD preferred
