Our client is seeking an experienced and savvy Business Development Lead. This position will be based in Melbourne, FL. This position will require 25% - 30% travel. Position Details
The chosen candidate will develop strategic plan to expand scope of shared services organization. You will utilize market penetration analysis to support a new business integration schedule and implementation plan. Establish a business capability that integrates input from internal/external customers and develop a comprehensive plan to align, deliver, measure and report on business processes and operations brought into shared services. Advocate of operational excellence initiatives, as identified to support the effectiveness and productivity of operational areas in an effort to expand the Shared Services (SS) product/service offerings.
Develops and delivers proposals for migration of additional services into SS.
Develop and execute SS marketing plan to assist with branding the SS products and services to customers.
Conduct customer marketing surveys and analyze results. Translate results into meaningful actions to support the strategic marketing plan. Drive projects to deploy shared services applications at divisional locations. Display strategic ability to collaborate with leadership and customers to identify non-value added processes and provide technical solutions that drive change in the organization.
Provide strategic direction for business integration.
Candidate will serve as Formal liaison between shared services and business units.
Collaborate with multiple business units and build effective customer relationships.
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
Demonstrates matrix management style that shows flexibility and ability to challenge the status quo.
Assist in change management efforts when transitioning new work.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration Marketing or related field is required.
MBA is highly preferred.
6 years of applicable experience.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required.
Preferred Additional Skills
Experience working in a team environment.
Excellent organization, presentation and communication skills are required.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes are required.
Possess strong attention to detail.
Results-oriented, ability to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner coupled with the ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential in this role.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision is essential in this role.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect is required.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management is required.
Familiar with Project Improvement infrastructure is required.
Ability to develop and implement a strategic marketing plan is mandatory in this role.
PeopleSoft knowledge preferred.
Knowledge of Shared Services Practices is preferred.
