This is an entry level position. The schedule is M-F 1pm-10pm.
Supports all voice and data technology, computer applications, and technology processes in that center. Responsibilities include day-to-day administration, end-user support, and being a technology project team member, to ensure consistent voice and data system availability, integrity, and security, to meet the client's needs. Other responsibilities may be assigned dependent upon business needs.

Supports the technology in a call center, including voice circuits, PBX, ACD, other telephony systems, data circuits, LAN, WAN, servers, desktops, and applications. Administers user accounts. Works with call center management and staff, uses business knowledge, ACCENT operations knowledge, and technology to ensure that business goals are met by the information technology department. Supports client needs, technology improvements, and Tech Manager's goals.
