Wireless Technician/Manager Salary:Depends on Experience

Cutting edge wireless products require special skills, as the Tech manager for the brand new Riverside location, you will be delivering solutions that assist consumers and businesses that are connecting to the new Riverside Wireless Network. We're looking for someone with customer-service and technical experience, but we also appreciate someone who is a leader, dependable and organized. Your ability to work with multiple computer applications is important. Basic wireless networking skills are very helpful. You will be assisting customers in the setup, design, and recommendation of the best devices for their wireless application. You will have the opportunity to make a difference as ExpressNets works very closely with the Smart Riverside Project that provides digital-divide implementations to low-income families.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KNOWLEDGE

* Manage our new location in Riverside, California.
* Assist customers with setup and installation of wireless network products and services.
* Project and service invoicing, coordinating with headquarters in the Bay Area.
* Assist in design and testing of wireless technologies and products.
* Manage technicians while in the implementation of wireless projects
* Input budget, project costs, and cost change orders.
* Close out sales information for the sites daily sales.
* File and maintain all contract related paperwork.
* Manage customer database changes and updates.
* Communicate with both internal and external customers (both written and verbal).
* Provide reports upon request including project status inquiries.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/ SKILLS REQUIRED

* High school diploma; some college and or AA preferred. Technical Certifications helpful.
* Ability to coordinate & synchronize multiple projects, manage assignments, internal & external expectations, meet deadlines & deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Skill in demonstrating a professional phone manner.
* Ability to respond to common/frequent inquiries and effectively present information.
* Ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft and Linux Server based administration helpful.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
* Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Access)
* Superior organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Basic TCP/IP wireless computer networking skills.
