· Increase revenues to the bank from commercial customers in an assigned territory, primarily through commercial loans and deposit outstandings growth with an emphasis on cross-selling the banks other product offerings.
· Maintain the relationship with existing customers while focusing on actively seeking out new relationships for the bank.
· Drive a plan of action, created by you, to grow the business and achieve sales objectives.
· Anticipate the needs of customers and adds value to customers in every interaction.
· Quickly uncover the critical credit factors that will impact the loan risk and know if it is a deal worth pursuing.
You and your skills -
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent
· Five or more years of commercial banking experience that focuses on prospecting for new clients, managing the relationship of existing customers and good underwriting skills
· Strength in marketing and developing business
