Reporting to the Sales & Account Manager, as part of the Commercial team, the person in this role will be responsible for the daily Customer Service and operational requirements for a high profile airline account. The focus of this role will be to deliver the highest quality of Customer Service, to both external and internal customers, acting as the focal point for all communication and information between the customer and Gate Gourmet. Additionally, this person is responsible for maintaining and promoting a professional, positive approach towards ensuring the integrity of the Catering agreement is maintained between both parties.



Duties:
-Participate in meetings with the customer as required.

-Participate in bi-weekly meetings with team

-Attend Commercial meetings as required.

-Attend 9.00a.m. unit briefings on a daily basis.

-Chair and record regular meetings with airline Service Reps.

-Ad Hoc meetings as required

Qualifications:
-Excellent organizational abilities, as well as written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good problem-solving skills.
-Proven ability to work independently.
- -Experience in food process/production environment, preferred.
-Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
-Strong attention for accuracy and detail.
-Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.
-Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
-Must be able to communicate in English (read, write and converse) in order to receive written and verbal job and safety instructions, comprehend hazardous material labeling, follow production schedule, and prepare graphs, weights and other production reports as required.
