3 lines that run 24/7 usually



3 small real estate holdings



Father owns the company – old guard – listen to me and do what I say

Need someone that can handle that

Current person is leaving after 24 years

Griffin – 35 miles South of Atlanta

2 people in the accounting dept

Controller and bookkeeper



Must have:

Cpa

5-10 years experience

Revenues

Navision Accounting System



General ledger

Month end close

Very Hands on – wear a lot of hats

Deal with banking relationships and insurance guys etc.



Don’t need to have building products experience

12/31 year end



PERSONALITY

Has to be able to work with the father

Better not have much of an ego



Someone with some real estate experience would be nice

All commercial and industrial land that we intend to develop or sell or move

Accounting office – small house that sits next to the plant –

He would be in a nice office
