• Days; Monday - Friday
• Function:
1. Provides clinical patient care across the continuum of the multidisciplinary team to achieve quality patient care as a member of the Symptom Control and Palliative Care team.
• Scope:
1. Performs clinical functions in a dynamic patient care environment through active participation with other providers.
• EDUCATION
Required: Master's Degree in Nursing. May be waived for applicants who obtained recognition as an Advanced Practice Nurse from the Texas State Board of Nursing prior to 1/1/03. Graduate education and related Board of Nurse Examiner ( BNE) authorization must be consistent with clinical practice area and/or patient population
• EXPERIIENCE
Required: Three (3) years clinical nursing
Preferred: Some experience in gastrointestinal medicine.
